Lilacs for Carmen
Living in the Lilac City, there are lilac bushes everywhere and they are in perfect bloom right now. Shawn's got this HUGE wild lilac bush on the hill behind his backyard, and yesterday he showed it to me and I thought it was so beautiful. This evening he climbed through the brush and picked me off some flowers so that I could take some home. There was so many, I got two vases of lilacs out of it! One for my living room, and one for my bedroom! They are so pretty and smell so good. It was so sweet of him to pick them for me, it just made me smile and smile.
